Comunicado


Tras el crimen cometido contra los estudiantes saharauis en Agadir / sur de Marruecos  el dia 01 de diciembre de 2008 ,  y a causa del cual fallecieron dos estudiantes Baba Khaya y Husain Laktif y un tercero abuh Lkharchi hospitalizado en el hospital Hasan II en estado de coma , atropellados por un autobús de la componía de transporte SUPRATOUR ( la segunda componía de transporte publico en Marruecos )  ; el comité preparatorio para la fundación de la Organización de Defensores Saharauis 2Generación ( ODS 2° Generación ) quiere informar la opinión publica internacional sobre la realidad de este crimen contra la humanidad .

Según han testimoniado los estudiantes que participaron en una manifestación en la puerta principal de la estación de autobuses de la ciudad de Agadir / sur de Marruecos , para adelantar la fecha de sus billetes , que el conductor recibió ordenes por parte     de  oficiales de la policía marroquí  para avanzar hacia los estudiantes en el momento de la intervención de la policía para dispersar los estudiantes que cerraban la puerta principal de la estación por donde salían los autobuses . Este acto tuvo como resultado cuatro victimas ( dos estudiantes muertos y uno grave en estado de coma ) y la detención de tres estudiantes por la policía marroquí : Breh Belhadef , Ahmed Salem Alaasla .

Y a causa de este crimen los ciudadanos saharauis salieron en manifestaciones pacificas para condenar los responsables de la muerte de los dos estudiantes saharauis . Estas manifestaciones por su vez fue objeto de las intervenciones brutales de los cuerpos de seguridad marroquí .

El día 03 de diciembre de 2008 en las avenidas de Bir Jadid y Skikima los ciudadanos salieron en manifestaciones que revindican el asesinato de los estudiantes en Agadir y rechazan la existencia de Marruecos en el territorio del Sahara Occidental . Mientras que en los colegios , los alumnos hicieron una huelga y abandonaron las clases .
Y como reacción contra estas manifestaciones , las autoridades de Marruecos hicieron una campaña de detenciones en Aaiun contra los alumnos y los defensores de Derechos Humanos .

Por lo que el comité preparatorio para la fundación de la ODS 2° Generación expresa su preocupación por el empeoramiento de la situación de los Derechos Humanos en el Sahara Occidental y declara lo siguiente :

Sahrawi Defenders Organization 2nd Generation

Statement

Following the hideous crime that its victim were two Saharawi students "Khaya Baba" and El Hussein Lektif in the Moroccan university site of Agadir city, on September 01st 2008, after the organization of a peaceful standing -by saharawi students- protesting against the non- response of their demand imposing the provision of buses for their transfer to the cities of Western Sahara and in south of Morocco.

The two saharawi students "Khaya Baba" 22 years old, is born in Boujdour city / Western Sahara, studied in the third year /law and "El Hussein Lektif" was born in   in Tan tan city/ south of Morocco. He studied in the1st year/ social sciences, were assassinated by a bus belonging to the Moroccan carrier " Supratours" which is a public company (The second biggest public company for the transport in Morocco) registered under a number: A 6687
And according to eyewitnesses from the Saharawi students who confirmed that the bus driver received orders from Moroccan security officers to tread Saharawi students, in the time where the Moroccan security forces intervened in to end the sit-in.

The result of this hideous crime was the killing of the Saharawi students and a third one in the intensive care in a serious condition, and also wounding some others are the following:
- Ebboh Elkhorchi : Grave injuries and he is now in a coma condition in Al-Hassan 2nd hospital in Agadir city.
 - Belkadi Mbarek is injured by grave wounds.

To denounce this crime, Saharawi citizens organized many demonstrations and peaceful forms of struggle in Laayoun city / Western Sahara on Wednesday night 03 September 2008 in different places especially "Bir Jdid","Smara" and "Skaykima" streets, carried the flags of the anti-political slogans against Morocco calling for the independence of Western Sahara.
Saharawi schools students also in many educational institutions, left classes as a form of protest against the crime committed against the Saharawi students, in Agadir university site.
These protests were not survived from the violent intervention of Moroccan authorities, which tortured many of those who participated in. They (Moroccan authorities) violated homes of many saharawi families as well.

The Preparatory Committee of ODS 2G has reached a primary list of raid houses and arrested people names:

- Saharawi former political detainee Omar Khnebela.
- Saharawi former political detainee Mohamed Ali Ndour.
- Aleya Babeyt.
- Said Lemrabet
- Mahmoud seyllal.
- Mohamed Nafi Kerdellass.
- Mohamed Sbai.
- Mansour Darif.
- Ahl Elmehdi Mohamed.
- Twif Alia.
- Brahim Alia.
- Khada Elkbachir: saharawi former political prisoner
  
Houses raid and siege:
- Surrounding Mohammed Mayara's family home, who is a saharawi defender;
a member of the Executive Office of ASVDH.
- Sieging Hassanna Alia's family home who is also a saharawi defender and a former political detainee by Moroccan intelligence agents, (they still search for his arrest).
- Violation of Ahmed Sbai's family home (a former political prisoner; a member of the Executive Office of the ASVDH.
- Violation of Mohamed Ali Ndour's family home, the Saharawi political detainee by some of Moroccan intelligence elements (they insulted his family and transferred him to an unknown destination).

    The Preparatory Committee of ODS 2G, after this dangerous escalation of the State of Morocco in its persistence to commit crimes against defenseless saharawis declares the following:
